Personal Injury Cases

When we are injured in an automobile accident, most of us do not know what to do out of confusion and anxiety. The following downloadable documents detail what to do and what not to do, as well as the important information one needs to record when one gets into an accident.

Bankruptcy

On October 2005, the federal government passed new legislation
making the process of filing for bankruptcy more difficult and
demanding for both the debtor and the attorney. The debtor must
attend a certified credit counseling program, and is required to
submit increased documentation concerning details of all income
and expenses. We will guide you through the complicated process
of bankruptcy law in Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
